How well will my job match what I see on my monitor?
Most people are surprised at how well their job matches what they see. But because of wide differences in monitor calibration, some printed colors may not match exactly what is seen on the proof and what is printed. Please note that the screen color will not match the printed material perfectly. Color shifts will be within industry standards. Color changes are inevitable due to the fact that monitors produce color by mixing "light" and not ink.
Will it cost the same if I reorder my job?
Our design services are a one-time fee. If you reorder the exact same print job in the future without any changes made to it, there will not be a design charge. You will only pay the cost of printing and shipping.
How long does it take to get a proof of my job?
Quoted turn-around time starts only after all materials necessary to complete your order have been received. The initial proof varies per project and revisions of the proof may take up to 4 days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Full color print jobs usually arrive ten (10) business days from the signed proof. One and two color jobs usually arrive within five to seven (5-7) business days. We make every effort to print your order as quickly as possible. Production times are estimates and do not secure or guarantee a deadline unless otherwise specified.
Will I always receive the exact quantity I ordered?
Basically, yes, although "gang run" printing does have over-runs and under-runs. These will not exceed the five (5) percent specified in the contract.
What if I want to change something on my order after I have approved the proof?
Once your proof is approved, it has been sent to the printer. There is very little we can do about it at this point. This is why we cannot stress enough the importance of the proofing process is on your part and urge you to do so carefully and thoroughly before approving your proof.
How do I view my proof?
We make every effort to send the proof via email in a PDF format. If the file is too large or you are unable to open it, we will find another means to provide you with the proof such as in-person, mail or fax.
What file formats do you prefer?
We work in Adobe InDesign and are able to accept almost any file type. Its conversion to a print-ready design may not be the same, depending upon the amount of conversion and/or recreation work needed.
How do I ensure that I will stay within my budget?
Before starting any project we put in writing exactly what will be done to complete the project. Once you are satisfied and approve this service agreement we will start working on your project. If additional requirements are needed for the project, then a new service agreement will be created outlining the additional services required. We make every effort to ensure that the initial quote we give you covers all the services you require.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted up until the final proof is approved. However, if the order entailed any graphic design work, the client will be held responsible based on an hourly rate or the initial graphic design quote.
If the order is cancelled after proof approval and the files have been sent to the printer, the client will be liable for the full quoted amount.
Accuracy
You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your printed product. Please proofread all proofs carefully. D3Corp reserves the right to refuse to print any material that D3Corp determines, in its sole discretion, is immoral, illegal or inappropriate for any reason. If your material is deemed unacceptable, you will be notified promptly and permitted to change the content or layout to fit our requirements.
Color
D3Corp will reproduce color from submitted transparencies, slides, photos or digital layouts as closely and accurately as possible. All colors contained within any RGB digital file will be converted to D3Corp's CMYK color space. You should note that your computer monitor's calibration affects the colors displayed on your monitor's screen. The colors on the printed product may differ from what you see displayed when viewing a proof sent via email. This proof only presents the design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not the color or density.
Payment
All jobs require payment in full when the final proof is approved. Logo design requires an initial deposit of 50% ($150.00) to start.
Standard Turn-around Times
Quoted turnaround times start only after all materials necessary to complete your job have been received.
Full-color print jobs usually arrive ten (10) business days from signed proof. One and two color jobs usually arrive within (5-7) business days. We make every effort to print your order as quickly as possible. Production times are estimates and do not secure or guarantee a deadline unless otherwise specified by your Sales Rep.

You agree to indemnify and hold D3Corp and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and independent contractors harmless from any claim, demand, damages, liability, costs and expenses including but not limited to attorney's fees made by any third party due to or arising out of any claim alleging that the printed work violates any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, proprietary or privacy right of any person or entity. You hereby represent and warrant that you own or have properly licensed all the necessary rights to use the images being reproduced. Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are not responsible, financially or otherwise for loss or damage to customer supplied images or artwork.

Terms/Claims/Liens
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than five (5) specified number of calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, D3Corp and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that D3Corp's performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications. It is customary in the industry that D3Corp's liability will be limited to the quoted selling price of defective goods, without additional charge for special or consequential damage or as specified. As security for payment of any sum due under the terms of an agreement, D3Corp has the right to hold and place a lien on all client property in D3Corp's possession. This right applies even if credit has been extended, notes have been accepted, trade acceptances have been made or payment has been guaranteed. If payment is not made, the client is liable for all collection costs incurred.

I NOTICED MY WEBSITE AND/OR EMAIL IS CONTAINS CAPITAL LETTERS, IS THIS SAFE?
Yes! D3Corp has implemented “Sentence Case”. Sentence Case simply means that your website address and any emails will feature the first letter of a word or initial capitalized just like a sentence. This allows for advanced viewing and quick readability. This does not affect the ability to view or access your site, or affect the ability to send/receive messages.
Example of Sentence Case:

*Sentence Case will appear unless otherwise requested*
